Fake Modigliani

This mysterious collage is a unique 4X4.5” card, crafted from an actual timecard, blank inside, and signed on the front. The medium used is mixed media collage, which blends assorted doodads, printed and hand-painted papers sourced from India, Japan, and other places. There is a textile patch, pearl, also fake, glow in the dark star and lenticular flicker flame. Each carefully selected paper and objects are composed into the final collage card, accompanied by an envelope. I make use of all the scraps to stimulate creativity and minimize waste.
